Solent Mind Wellbeing Advisors

Better access to mental health services within the community in the form of 1-1 sessions

Patients will be taught CBT Based skills to help better manage their mental wellbeing

Mind will focus on preventative and early intervention services for treating issues like anxiety and depression

Mind Advisors will be able to refer patients to the Wider Mind Wellbeing Service for Groups and  courses.  

The Solent Mind Wellbeing Advisors see patients with anxiety, depression, low mood, stress, people struggling with daily life and people with Autism and Asperger’s who have a mental health problem
